M.Pire puts on their first performance ahead of their debut at the ’2013 Dream Concert’

M.Pire is a new boygroup that made their very first appearance during the ‘Dream rookie stage’ at 2013’s Dream Concert. The six-membered group consists of Taehee, Yooseung, Hyunjun, Kangon, Red, and Jerry. With a performance of ‘너랑 친구 못해 (We can’t be friends)’ they managed to receive a hot response by the audience.

M.pire has two members, Taehee and Yooseung (old stage name was Jino), from the disbanded BB.Boys. And Kangon is known as the previous leader of M.Peror, though M.Pire is not related to M.Peror beyond that. Member Yooseung is also known for starring in the - currently still airing - MBC weekend drama ‘Hundred Year Inheritance‘ as Uhm Seul Hong.

M.pire’s track is described as a dance track with hip hop elements and is the work of composer Hong Sungmin with lyrics by songwriter Ddori Jangun.

Furthermore, it is reported that M.pire will officially debut the coming month of June.

Not all of them have official profiles up on sites like naver etc.

Yooseung is really born '88 although his profile says '90 and Hyunjun is born '89 altho his profile states '91..

The others' profiles (on mpireboys for example) are correct so far...
we'll see what the others' say when their agency puts them up.

That's so dumb that they're called M.Pire yet have nothing to do with M.Peror, whose fanclub (before it became Kingdoms) was going to be Empires/M.Pires. That's clearly idea theft. You can't tell me they weren't inspired by M.Peror and they should just admit it! I'm sure they think it doesn't matter as M.Peror never debuted, but it does.

Excuse you, but did you miss the memo that Kangon - a member of your dead group M.Peror - is actually a member of M.Pire?? Furthermore, d.kash is even quite supportive of him in this decision so I don't see the need for you to act all pressed and insulting them over this.

It's not theft, because 'M.Pire' was only fanmade and never official so there is nothing that can be stolen. Sure, international fans created a fanforum with that name, but no one ever trademarked that and it pretty much died with the group.

I...was being flippant/facetious? I don't actually care either way--I don't even have M.Peror's songs. It was just momentary excitement--the reast of my comment wasn't very serious. (Well, it does sound a little like they got inspired though, but there's no real harm in inspiration.)
Just, you know, yay BB.Boys. :) And yay pretty boys in general. Can never have too many boybands.

I did read the article and I did see that Kangon is in the group, but the article does say they're not related in any other way.

Thank you anyway for answering and providing information. I am very happy D.Kash is supporting them. I am very glad that they have fans and that they are actually going to debut unlike a certain dead group. I hope they do well. :)
