omonatheydidBack in December, Neil (along with the other remaining member of Teen Top, Changjo) ended his contract with TOP Media. Neither he nor Changjo have yet announced that they've signed with a new agency. Neil was the main vocalist of the group, as well as the one of the most publically-known members. Neil previously released solo albums in 2015 and 2017, one sharing a name with this new single.
