i think i would like the song more if a more vocally skilled group was singing it cause it really highlights how weak everyone other than jihyo, nayeon and jeongyeon is.. hell, even they sound rough? dahyun should never sing, period. i don't know, i just hate the vocal delivery in this song and i sadly don't see it growing on me.

also i know studio choom is all about choreo but i was still caught off guard by how they didn't even try to lip-sync along to the song, mina in particular lol.

I think that’s what I’m enjoying most about this comeback is seeing them smile again while performing. Watching the Fancams and seeing Jeongyeon smiling and laughing at certain parts, Dahyun is definitely in her element, it just feels very infectious in the best way ❤️

Jihyo and Momo look so good! I love this choreo, I know people don’t like that it’s pretty busy or that’s the main critique I’ve seen. But if it was even more laid back I definitely would see the word lazy or boring come up tbh, so I think it’s a nice compromise. I find it charming and of course the girls bring it to life on stage.

its sooooooooo nasal it drives me nuts!! jeongyeon is the least. even jihyo sounds irritatingly nasal in this song even tho she is positively glowing in this concept

the chorus gets stuck in my head but IA the vocals are hard to get past. ITZY songs are like that too but since they're good performers and earworms, I can look past it lol

still not my favorite song from them but I do enjoy it as a "lounge" song and makes me happy. I still have my Versace theory, but it's like the stylist got tired when they reached Mina and decided "nope, you wear Dolce&Gabanna so everyone can spot you"

Speaking of Mina, she's a lovely girl and i do enjoy her voice, but WHY does it bother me that she hardly moves her lips while lipsyncing? I remember SHINee was known for how bad they were, but they always owned it like "yeah we do not care about this", but Mina...maybe it's because everyone else is moving but she said "nope, not today"

I only recently start to get interested in Twice (yup i know i'm late lol), and I love how happy they seemed. I know Mina is really popular, but i'm so bothered about how she don't even attempt to lipsync - is she like this for previous stages as well??

on the other hand, Jihyo and Nayeon are so bubbly and infectious i just get so happy seeing them.

They are just so charming. I'm really loving this song and their performances because they all seem so bright. Smiling and almost laughing at parts. It compliments the chiller vibe of the song and let them shine through it. I'm absolutely obsessed with Alcohol Free now

well now i got two completely different answers 😂 i watched their encore stages and i'd say itzy are doing better. neither group would be able to dance and sing, but while just standing around itzy did better just by the virtue of actually singing lol

stability is just as much about stamina and range you have to sing in as technique. Itzy are definitely more stable than Twice, but not better. Jihyo is def better than Lia, I think Lia, Nayeon and Jeongyeon might be similar-ish and the rest are all very weak, so Twice has stronger vocalists for sure. Though Momo and Dahyun are also weaker than anyone in Itzy.

aah yeah, since 3rd gen started i stopped watching encore stages for a reason 😂 they're all bad

edit: there are probably maybe 2 exceptions from sm, bless them they still teach them how to sing
