Happy Friday and Leap Year eve! I spent the morning with a must needed beach day. Anyways, every week I check out the charts for this day in the past and share the top three songs. Then I pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This week, we’re going back to the 4th week of February, 2015. Pretty mellow this week.
#3 Davichi “Crying Again”
This was the first release after the duo signed on a new agency. They may have switched agencies, but they stay dominating the charts. Like most of their other releases, this song would grab the top spot too. I love Haeri’s blue coat! She can’t be real in this MV, right? She has to be imaginary. Imagine traveling to Budapest just to watch your bff run after a guy the entire day.
#2 Zion.T & Crush “Just”
This song was the single off of the duo’s project album, “Young”, and did really well as it should because it’s awesome. It debuted at the top spot, and would be later be nominated and win some awards at the year end shows. The song has been posted before, so this time we’ll see their debut stage. I love it with Zion.T in a coat lol. I don’t know why, but I always love it so much wtf.
#1 Jung Yonghwa “One Fine Day”
This is one of the singles off of his solo debut album. It was really successful release, it would give him his first solo music show wins and his first solo concerts. I don’t remember this at all, but I think the song and the MV are pretty. But I’m not really liking his voice in it? Which is weird because I think his voice is fine in CN Blue stuff.
Honorable Mentions
#4 Infinite H “Pretty”
Another duo on the charts this week! This time, it’s one of Infinite H’s subunits featuring Dongwoo and former member Hoya. This is the single from the duo’s second (and last) album. I think I remember this video because it looks really familiar, but not the song.
#5 Naul “Living In The Same Time”
Ugh, so pretty! His voice is always so nice. The song sounds kind of old school, and I kind of dig it. It’s a solo song, but was on A Brown Eyed Soul EP and would peak at #1. The MV features actor Yoo Seungho, who is set to star in a new drama starting next month.
