Since all I do is basic admissions usually, What does hi touch mean? What’s the difference between 3rd tier and 4th tier? (Edit nvm I see on the main page!) I’m kinda tempted to do VIP, though the group photo part id probably skip

hi-touch - depends how much you value personal/physical interaction with your idols, because the whole thing is done like an assembly line and it's over in less than a second per member.

group pic will be taken by the organiser's staff and they'll usually upload the HQ to a Facebook album a few days after. not much chance for any interaction either, you just sit down with your group (you can probably decide who to group with prior), take the pic, leave, next group gets ushered in, etc.
