The PV as a whole looks cheap and slightly hilarious, though. Creepy? Nah, no way. Just for comparison, this is what a truly creepy music video is supposed to look like:

i saw this immediately when it was posted and downloaded it off yt and put it in my ipod before i had to leave for school. i was worth being late to class and see the mv on the shuttle ride over.
i didnt figure out the meaning of this mv till i read the comments. man, deep, meaning stuff!
i love the hair, especially chun's!! why did yunhos have to be a spider, i was hella scared by it..
I liked, nay, loved it. And it also makes total sense that there are no group shots seeing how the opv is about their own personal fears. Also, everyone is hot in this pv.
My take on everyone's fears:
Yoochun --- the children in the wedding clothes represent marriage/divorce and also represent what divorce does to children, which is something Yoochun's actually had to deal with. The fact that their white represents the fact that Virginia is where his parents divorced. Which is probably why he has such a bad impression of America.
Yunho --- I'm unsure about Yunho. I mean, fear of spiders maybe? Or, perhabs, spiders in some cultures represent wisdom, or responsibilty, and Yunho has a fear of responsibility, or fears how much he has on his shoulders?
Junsu ---- fear of growing old, perhaps with out fulfilling his dreams.
Jaejoong --- is afraid of how everyone wants him for his looks and also, of being touched, perhaps. He wants to be wanted for his personality.
Changmin ---- is afraid of going after love, which why he brightens up and chases after the woman. Perhaps he could even be attracted to foreigners but is afraid to pursue a relationship with one?
