Pet peeve but I hate how people get the idiom/figure of speech wrong
“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”

It's like people coming out with the "Blood is thicker than water"
Child, it means “the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.” which is the exact opposite of what you're trying to say
