do any of you have any favorite songs in k-pop where some of the lyrics, rather than the music video or concept itself, either directly or subtly imply lgbt+ inclusion that get overshadowed? either because most tend to overlook reading into lyrics or it's just... super subtle? instances like that always intrigue me.
jjong's 2:34 is one of my favorite examples of that. "it’s my first time asking a guy to stay, don’t go home yet". he wrote gender neutral and tongue-in-cheek lyrics often before that point (like exo's playboy) but i always found it interesting because it was in line with him starting to openly gush over male celebrities he found attractive on blue night. either way, it's a great song that doesn't get enough recognition.
