Unfortunately Lovelyz Fans Get Confirmation: Lovelyz Has Disbanded

Earlier in the day on November 1, Woollim Entertainment announced that the seven members Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, Sujeong, and Yein will be leaving the company after their contracts expire on November 16, 2021.

Only Baby Soul has renewed her contract.

Kang Daniel's first drama to be released on Disney+ next year

K-pop star Kang Daniel is slated to make his small screen debut with Disney+'s new original series, "Rookies."

The coming-of-age story about police academy students will be released in the first half of next year, according to Disney+, which will launch in Korea on Nov. 12.

In the drama, Kang plays Wi Seung-hyun, a law-abiding, passionate freshman whose life takes a drastic turn after encountering a troublemaker named Go Eun-kang at his school. Actress Chae Soo-bin, best known for her performance in the 2016 TV series, "Love in the Moonlight," has taken on the role of Go.
