I think the length of the saguek depends Llike I know they have some which are relatively long like 6 flying dragons which is 50 but there are also stuff like Moonlight Drawn By Cloud which has only 18 episodes. A 4 episode extension would have helped but this is a preproduced drama so idk if they would be able to have an extension. I haven't seen Jealousy Incarnated so I can't really say..is it really dragging along..
The type jump killed it for me...like I didn't undnerstand when her heart start wavering...it really did blindside me to see them so lovey dovey and watching haesoo wearing the hairpin.. They really should have shown when she started truly accepting his advances.
