Hello Baby is especially a classic, it is what really made me a Shawol (I was more of a casual fan before).
From their recent eras that I think are pretty entertaining would be their Weekly Idol appearances (http://shineesubbed.tumblr.com/tagged/variety:-weekly-idol), Shinhwa Broadcast (http://shineesubbed.tumblr.com/tagged/variety:-shinhwa-broadcast), SHINee Ultimate Group (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nudQuurbIRc), Maknae Rebellion, etc.
I will be honest and say they were really awkward turtles from 2008-2009 so I don't necessarily recommend that era. You can tell they strictly followed SM's variety personas when it came to variety shows. From what I remember I think they were fine on their Idol Army appearance with 2PM (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7grT_6BYww) and Star Golden Bell (http://shineesubbed.tumblr.com/tagged/variety:-star-golden-bell). It is kind of hard finding some stuff on youtube since a lot of old stuff has been taken down. It has also been a couple of years so I don't quite remember everything unless I especially enjoyed it (or I can still remember the second hand embarrassment I got from it like their Yunhanam show or School of Rock appearances).
I would say anything past 2012 is bound to be funny since you can tell they pretty much said fuck you to SM and started showing their real personalities. This Shinee subbed directory (http://shineesubbed.tumblr.com/) has a lot of stuff from them (it is missing some stuff here and there but I think its better than nothing).
