Do you mean smoker idols in general or just idol vocalists who can't sustain long notes because of their smoking habits? I don't pay enough attention for the latter, though I assume Yesung and Jaejoong would have suffered from their heavy smoking. Changmin's definitely smoked in the past but I don't think it's affected his singing. Otherwise most of the smokers I know for sure aren't really main vocalists.
