I don't really think you can just say either of them is better than the other. What are you using to determine that? Vocal range, personal preference, who sings the most, who has the most side/solo projects? Onew And Jonghyun are both great singers in their own ways.
I can see comparing other members, but Onew and Jonghyun are both very capable singers. Though sometimes Jonghyun tries to show off his voice too much and it gets annoying.
