Twin duo TASTY has responded to Woollim Entertainment‘s recent statement regarding the group about their supposed “disappearance.”

Soon after the Korean agency released their side regarding TASTY’s sudden and one-sided decision to withdraw from their Korean activities, posted through their Weibo, the brothers took to their Twitter account this time and responded in Korean:

??얘기안하고일방적으로잠적한거라뇨?전에이사님들이랑사장님이랑얘기한건다뭐죠???이해할수없는건저희입장을충분히말씀드렷고또회사에서이해한다고해놓고선...지금와서는갑자기사라진것처럼일방적인잠적이라니...이해가안가네요.

WOOLIM'S RESPONSE
In regards to TASTY, a Woollim Entertainment staff member told StarNews: “It is true that we have discussed regarding how they were having a difficult time but we have never discussed ending their activities in Korea,” and that, “TASTY going to China without saying anything is true and that we couldn’t reach them at some point is a fact.”

He continued to say that, “the most important truth is that they didn’t even tell their own entertainment agency before leaving to China and we have been waiting for them to contact back. We hope to discuss terms in other ways than via SNS.”

I have to talk about how angry I am over the discourse rn:

1. Infinite fans talking about how Woolim does indeed suck bc they do "nothing for Infinite" in Tasty threads

2. People claiming it's Tasty's fault they never got popular and all groups don't get popular bc they have bad members, not bc the company doesn't promote.

Infinite is LITERALLY a testament to how if you promote a group long enough, they'll pick up no matter what. Same with BTS. Same with Boyfriend. Holy crap.

A lot of Inspirits are latching onto the argument the completely wrong way. Woollim mismanages Infinite on a much different level than they did Tasty; trying to compare the two is like apples to oranges. Both situations are indicative of long-standing issues within the company and Woollim needs to get dragged for having terrible management all around. This thing with Tasty is just going to be just the first of many things to rear their ugly head, I think.
