Sageuk dramas have the most quality when it comes to Kdramas -- the fighting scenes and the script and the acting are all top notch but do avoid sageuk that may have magic element in it (though Lee Minho's Faith is awesome and didnt look cheap). But the rest of the sageuk out there are awesome so do give it a try! :D
