speaking of mandatory military service, it was abolished in my country like five years ago and that was a totally wrong decision. esp if the country still has unfinished business with their neighbours. i have a genetic illness that attacks my muscle and basically makes me super weak physically. my brother has it worse than i do and still had to prove it countless times when he was called for military. people who try to sneak out illegally, making it harder for others with legit injuries shouldn't be forgiven that easily.
