With a final score of 7 under par, Yun E Yang has won the 91st PGA Championship. Making him the first Asian-born winner of the tournament, and he is South Korean to boot. Fighting!

source - I watched it happen on TV, yo! (Plus the tournament this year was in Chaska, MN which is like 30mins from my house so local media has been gonzo for golf all week.)

if you watch when he gets awarded the trophy, the interviewer asks about tiger woods in the middle of one question, and the translator forgot to mention him. lmao. american news keep focusing on how tiger woods lost. :\ why not concentrate on victories instead? :D

tbh... when I heard that Yang was paired with Tiger yesterday there was a part of me that wanted him to win so I could have an internal kimchi-flavored squeefest and post the results on Omona.
