Usually, they will release the half MV around one month before the actual release date. It will build up the hype for fans to anticipate for the full song/MV. Some company just release the half MV so if fans wants to see the full MV, they will have to purchase the DVD version of the single. But some companies are generous enough to post the full MV at the release date but this rarely happen though. :/
