I just vaguely remember this topic showing up on my Twitter feed a while back but the fans were defending Onew and saying he had to be hospitalized for sometime during his stint in the military. I don’t know if that’s been actually verified though, I noticed the fandom has been very defensive about Onew so I learned to take what they’re saying with a grain of salt
