Flashback Friday
Every week, we revisit this week’s Friday on a past year on the charts. I share the top three songs, and pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This week, we’re going back six years, to the 3rd week of June, 2010.
#3 Wonder Girls “2 Different Tears”
I hated this MV when I first saw it, lol. I think I didn’t even finish watching the whole thing. I just remember being disappointed with it. The song itself isn’t entirely horrible to me anymore, but I still can’t make it through the entire MV.
#2 CN Blue “Love”
Not a CN Blue fan, so this is probably the most recognizable song to me from them. It’s the “Love Love Love” part, can’t forget that.
#1 IU and Seulong “Nagging”
All I remember about this song was that it was EVERYWHERE. So many live performances, and I saw the MV on tv so many times. This was on the charts for weeks and there was no escape. I can’t find the original MV anymore, so here’s a live performance.
Honorable Mentions:
#8 Hwayobi “Bye Bye Bye”
Oh, I looooovvve this song. I think this came out right around the time of her and Sleepy’s breakup. I used to think he was so cute! I also love how she just sits there and looks pretty while the male dancer dances around her.
#9 MBLAQ “Y”
There’s other MBLAQ songs that I most definitely like more, but this is the first song that comes to mind when I think of the group. I miss Lee Joon. Lee Joon’s nakedness to be more specific.
